(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard.

2. This application is filed to dispense with the production of the original impugned supplementary complaint dated 24.03.2025 in Spl. C.C.No.13 of 2025 pending on the file of VIII Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai.

3. For the reasons stated in the affidavit, the prayer for exemption in filing of original impugned supplementary complaint is allowed. Application is allowed.

The Registry is directed to number the Crl.O.P. and tag with Crl.O.P.No.5085 of 2026.
