] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 468 days in preferring the accompanying Memorandum of Criminal Appeal against the judgment of conviction 26.09.2022 passed in Spl.SC.No.12 of 2021 on the Hon'ble Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Chennai.

2.This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
