Prayer:- This second appeal has been filed under Section 100 C.P.C., against the judgment and decree dated 06.12.2012 made in A.S.No.37 of 2012 on the file of the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Ariyalur reversing the judgment and decree dated 20.11.2007 made in O.S.No.111 of 2005 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Ariyalur.

For Appellant : Mr.S.Kamadevan For Respondent : Mrs.Valarmathi, party-in-person JUDGEMENT Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants submitted that the dispute among the parties has been resolved amicably by entering into a joint memo of compromise. Therefore, the learned counsel would pray this Court that suit may be decreed in terms of the compromise. Ms.Valarmathi, proposed respondent, appeared party-in-person before this Court and reiterated the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellants. The said joint memo of compromise dated 17.10.2022 duly signed by the parties has been produced before this Court.
2. Both the parties are present before this Court.
3. In view of the compromise entered into by the parties having 2/4
settled their dispute amicably, the suit is decreed in terms of Joint Memo of Compromise dated 17.10.2022 filed by the parties. 4.Accordingly, this Second Appeal is disposed of. The said Joint Memo of Compromise shall form part of the decree. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. Both parties shall bear their own costs.
