ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order of suspension in Na.Ka.No.20/2024/RV1, dated 22.02.2024 passed by the third respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 03.03.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
