CR.NO.503 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.1192/2021 in Crl.OP.No.17919/2020 dated 11.02.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.RAJENDIRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This miscellaneous petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1192 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.17919 of 2020 dated 11.02.2021, against the petitioners directing them to report before the respondent Police, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly. She further submitted that the 1st petitioner/A1 is a notorious person and has involved in four previous cases and 2nd petitioner/A4 has no previous cases.

4. Though, the petitioner was granted bail on 14.12.2020 on certain conditions, considering the gravity of offence, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition as imposed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
