ORDER

This Court by order dated 11.04.2016 has allowed the writ petition in W.P.No.13356 of 2016 following the order passed by this Court in an identical matter in W.P.No.28071 of 2012, dated 16.10.2012, directing the respondents to release the document after making necessary endorsement about the pendency of the proceedings under Section 47-A of the Stamp Act. http://www.judis.nic.in

R.SUBBIAH, J., ssv 2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the said order dated 11.04.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondents. He has also produced a copy of the order passed by the respondents.
