When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

2. This petition has been filed by the petitioner/defacto complainant to cancel the bail granted to the 1st respondent in Crl.O.P.No.23982 of 2022 dated 11.10.2022.

It is the case of the petitioner/defacto complainant that this Court while granting bail to the 1st respondent had imposed a condition that the 1st respondent/accused shall deposit original title deeds of an immovable property worth Rs.25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs only) belonging to himself or his family members or friends to the credit of the Crime No.648 of 2022. Alleging that the condition has not been complied with by the 1st respondent/accused, the present petition has been filed seeking to cancel the bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent police would submit that the conditional order has been complied with and that the 1st respondent/accused has complied with the conditions imposed by this Court.

The learned counsel for the 1st respondent would submit that while granting bail to the 1st respondent, this Court had directed him to deposit original title deeds of an immovable property worth Rs.25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs only) to the credit of the Crime No.648 of 2022 and also directed him to report before the respondent police. Subsequently, the 1st respondent had filed a petition in Crl.M.P.No.19935 of 2022 before this Court to modify the order and this Court, by order dated 04.01.2023, had modified the condition. Pursuant to which, the 1st respondent also deposited the title deeds of immovable property worth about Rs.10 lakhs to the credit and the condition has been duly complied with. Subsequently, 1st respondent also filed a petition for extension of time in Crl.M.P.No.

3428 of 2023 and this Court granted further time to comply with the condition. Pursuant to which, the 1st respondent has duly complied with the conditions and the condition to report before the respondent police was also complied with and he is complying with the condition thereby, the petitioner/ defacto complainant has not made any grounds for cancellation of bail.

6. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent police, learned counsel for the 1st respondent and perused the materials available on record.

7. Taking into consideration of the fact that the 1st respondent/accused had complied with the conditions imposed by this Court and there is no deviation in the conditional order, this petition stands dismissed. 16.08.2023 nr A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA , J.
