Prayer: Petition filed under Section 439(1)(b) of the Criminal Procedure Code to modify the order dated 25.06.2015 made in C.M.P.No.1798 of 2015 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Coimbatore in so far the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

ORDER

1. The learned Principal Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, while granting bail has imposed a condition that the petitioners shall be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten thousands only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Coimbatore and on further condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions scrupulously.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the investigation is not over and thus, he oppose to modify the condition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances and taking note of the fact that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions promptly, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.1798 of 2015 dated 25.06.2015 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Coimbatore is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e. on every first Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. rrg -s/d- Assistant Registrar True Copy Sub-Assistant Registrar To
