C.M.P. No.6310 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.33947 of 2023 N.MALA, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 327 days in filing the above appeal against the judgment and decree dated 29.10.2020 made in O.A.No.4 of 2023 on the file of the Special Court under the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997, Chennai-104. 2.Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned counsel appears for the 1st respondent.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a senior citizen and because of her health issues, she was not able to file the appeal in time.

4. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein. Sufficient reasons like the advanced age of the petitioner, her health issues and financial conditions are given in the affidavit to condone the delay.
