ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J) The petitioner is a life convict and he submitted a representation dated 08.03.2019 seeking for grant of parole for five days between 15.03.2019 and 19.03.2019 and vide order dated 15.03.2019, he has been granted parole by this Court for a period of three days commencing from 16.03.2019 at 11.00 a.m., till 19.03.2019 at 4.00 p.m.

It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents that after availing the benefit of parole, the detenu/petitioner has returned back to the Central Prison, Vellore on 19.03.2019 and was admitted in the said prison.

In the light of the same, no further orders are necessary in this petition. Accordingly, the habeas corpus petition stands closed.
