This petition has been filed to quash the complaint in S.T.C. No.256 of 2018 pending on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kattumannarkovil. 2.

After some arguments, when this Court is not inclined to allow this petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal original petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
