2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the 1st respondent.

3. By inadvertence, we omitted to grant leave to the Insurance Company to recover the compensation amount from the owner, adopting the principle of "pay and recover." Hence, the award is amended by including the following expression: "and recover the same from the owner of the vehicle." The said expression shall be inserted after the Insurance Company to pay the compensation, in paragraph No. 13.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and upload the copy of this order forthwith.
