ORDER

The petitioner seeks Succession Certificate in respect of the debts held by R.Govindharaju, who died intestate on 18.09.2021. The petitioner is the only daughter of the deceased R.Govindharaju.

2. The petitioner has been examined as P.W.1. She has produced the death certificates of the deceased R.Govindharaju and G.Prema (mother of the petitioner), as Exs.P4 and P2, and the legal heirship certificates of the deceased R.Govindharaju and G.Prema, as Exs.P5 and P3. A perusal of 1/4

Exs.P5 and P3 shows that the petitioner is the only surviving Class-I legal heir of the deceased R.Govindharaju. A paper publication has been made and no objections have been received.
