.. Respondents Petition filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, to appoint an arbitrator to adjudicate the petitioner's twenty five claims totalling to Rs.3,43,64,989/- and arising out of the Agreement No.12/Dy.CE/CN/II/MAS/2014 dated 12.06.2014.

O R D E R

1. All the claims made by the petitioner will be referred for arbitration, subject to the objections to be raised by the respondents qua the new claim both on merits or otherwise, including the claim being an excepted matter.

2. In view of the nature of dispute, it is felt that the presence of a Civil Engineer and an Accounts Officer in the Arbitral Tribunal would facilitate the adjudication.

3. Mr.V.V.Reddy, CMM/CN/PER, is selected by the petitioner from the names sent by the respondent.

4. The respondents agree to nominate a Civil Engineer and an Accounts Officer, as their nominees, within 30 days from today, to facilitate the arbitration.
