The petitioner/A1 seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.51 of 2024 registered by the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Section 379 of IPC and Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals(Development and Regulation) Act.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is alleged to have transported 9 unit of gravel sand in 3 tipper lorries illegally. Hence, the complaint. It is stated that the other accused had been arrested and are still in custody.
