This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the respondent for his wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 30.07.2025 passed in W.P.No.27541 of 2025.

2. It is represented by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent that in compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 30.07.2025, the application submitted by the petitioner dated 28.06.2025 has been considered by the respondent, rejecting the claim of the petitioner and the same has also been communicated to the petitioner by the Assistant Engineer, Operation and Maintenance, Veerapuram, vide communication dated 27.09.2025. The learned Standing Counsel has also produced a copy of the communication dated 27.09.2025, which is taken on file.
