This petition is filed alleging wilful disobedience of the respondent concerned in not complying with the directions issued by this Court in W.P.No.6356 of 2021, on 12.03.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that the order of this Court has been complied with vide proceedings of the Tahsildar in Na.Ka.No.52/2021(A6) dated 25.03.2022. He also added that the writ petitioner claims that he is the owner of 28,000 sq.ft., of land, and subject to him producing the document of title as concerning the part to be settled, the same will be complied to. 3 Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate, this contempt petition is closed.
