This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition 5(b) imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12973 of 2024 dated 10.06.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition 5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12973 of 2024 dated 10.06.2024 is relaxed.
