Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.SAMNANDHA KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.E.Pratap Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.8314 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.15685 of 2020 on 23.12.2020.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
