C.M.P.No.6428 of 2023 in C.R.P.SR.No.10014 of 2023 Dr.D.NAGARJUN.J., This petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the Decreetal order dated 07.12.2022 passed in E.P.No.224 of 2019 in O.S.No.261 of 2017 on the file of the Additional District Judge, Kancheepuram District at Chengalpattu pending disposal of the main C.R.P.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the Affidavit filed in support of this petition. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
