ORDER
Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 29.10.2014 and to proceed with the investigation in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.
3.The 2nd respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v.
