This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner.
2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.N.Muthuvel, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the enquiry has been conducted in CSR No.192 of 2021 and as a result of the enquiry, FIR No.216 of 2022 has been registered against the petitioner/accused.
3.Under such circumstances, once the FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.
