O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR registered in Crime No.346 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent for the offences under Sections 418, 306 and 511 of IPC.

2. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation in Crime No.346 of 2023 has been completed and the final report was filed before the concerned Magistrate on 14.03.2025.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
