JUDGMENT

It is represented by the learned counsel for the appellant as well as the learned counsel for the respondent that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centra, High Court, Madras. The Mediation Centre has sent a report, enclosing the compromise memo dated 18.12.2017 entered into between the parties.

2. In the light of the above, the Second Appeal is ordered in terms of compromise memo, dated 18.12.2017 and the compromise memo shall form part of the order. Since the appellant has no objection for withdrawal of the amount of Rs.3,50,000/- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

deposited to the credit of O.S.No.3051 of 2014 on the file of the XVIII Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, the respondent is permitted to withdraw the amount. No costs.
