Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to cancel the TSLR Extract dated 16.11.2023 on the file of the first Respondent, issued in the names of late Sadayappa Pillai and his wife late Chinnamal, for petitioner's house site comprised in S.F. No. 70/1 of Block No.17, Mahadevapuram 3rd Street, Ward-B Chikkadasampalayam, Mettupalayam Town, Mettupalayam Taluk, Coimbatore District and issue a new TSLR extract in petitioner's name for the same.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the official respondents to include the TSLR extract dated 16.11.2023 issued in the names of late Sadayappa Pillai and his wife late Chinnamal with respect to the property belonging to the petitioner.

2. Heard Mr.P.A.Sai Govindaraja, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.S.Jayachandran, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 4.

3. Learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the representation made by the petitioner had been received and that the fourth respondent will respond to the representation made by the petitioner within the time frame fixed by this Court.

4. In the light of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 03.12.2024 and respond to the claim made by the petitioner within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
