C.M.P.No.12203 of 2020 in C.R.P.(PD).No.1323 of 2014 J.NISHA BANU, J., This miscellaneous petition has been filed to order substituted service on the third respondent herein (1) by affixture on C.N.B & L.K.R (2) by publication in one issue of Malai Sudar.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3.On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to take substituted service on the 3rd respondent through a leading Tamil Daily having wide circulation in that area indicating the date of hearing as 22.02.2022. Proof of such paper publication shall be filed before this Court.
