This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to restore the aforesaid Criminal Original Petition on file by recalling the order dated 06.03.2019, vide which, this Court dismissed the aforesaid Criminal Original Petition for default. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent, who has no objection in allowing this petition. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the order dated 06.03.2019 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5754 of 2019 is recalled and as a sequel, the Criminal Original Petition stands restored to file.
