Tata Aig General Insurance Company Limited v. Y.Elson Babu @ Elson

CMP.No.6962 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.22050 of 2023 N.MALA.J., This petition is filed to dispense with the original deposit receipt in the above CMA.SR.No.22050 of 2023.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, this Court did not accept the reasons given in the affidavit for dispensing the filing of the original deposit receipt. In view of the same, the petitioner has filed the memo, stating that he has deposited a sum of Rs.25,000/- to the account of M.C.O.P.No.157 of 2015 through NEFT and the receipt in proof of the same is filed.

In view of the memo filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner this petition is disposed.
