Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd Respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 07.03.2020 and take appropriate action to prevent the illegal and un-authorized construction of the 6th respondent in the property situated at Old Door No.26, New No.23, Periyapalli Street, Mandavelipakkam, Chennai - 600 028 admeasuring an extent of 2413 sq.ft. by directing them to follow the safety precautions with a view to save the petitioner's premises without any hindrance.
