CBE/ TP4/ 008 dated 26.11.2013 on the file of the 2nd respondent and consequentially direct the respondents 2 to 4 to consider the application of the petitioner for distributorship of LPG for Tamilnadu area based upon the advertisement dated 21.9.2013. For Petitioner :
