This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of writ of mandamus, forbearing the respondents from constructing a public park in the OSR land abutting the GGN International School, run by the petitioner at No.1, Naidu Shop Road, Radha Nagar, Chromepet, Chennai - 600 044.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent, the learned Standing counsel appearing for the second respondent and perused the materials available on record.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondents have not even given any opportunity to meet the petitioner for redressal of his grievance. He has further submitted that the petitioner is ready to give a representation to the respondents and it can be considered, within a period of one week. 4.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered in accordance with law.
5. In the light of the above submissions, this writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to the petitioner to give a representation along with a copy of this order to the second respondent, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such compliance, the second respondent shall pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period two weeks there from. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
