ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to conduct further investigation and include all the offence under Sections 189(2), 324 (4) of B.N.S. read with Section 3 of TNPPDL Act, 1992 instead of Sections 189(2) and 324(4) of B.N.S. in the Crime No.220/2024 dated 28.12.2024 on the file of the second respondent and file a final report within a stipulated period.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that the FIR in Crime No.220/2024 has been registered on 28.12.2024 itself for the offence under Sections 189(2) and 324(4) of B.N.S., 2023.

4. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to complete the 2/4

investigation and file the charge sheet within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
