Petition to review the order dated 11.09.2018 passed in W.P. No. 16167 of 2017.

W.P. 16167/2017:

Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No. 4710/ A1/2013 dated 01.09.2016 quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to recognize the educational agency submitted by the petitioners on 13.08.2016 under form 7 of the Tamil Nadu Private Schools Regulations Act 1973.

O R D E R

The review petitioner has come before this Court seeking to review the order dated 11.09.2018 passed in W.P. No. 16167 of 2017 by which a consent order had been passed granting right to two groups, namely,K.P. Ramasubramanian Reddiar Group and Dr. Prasanna Venkatachalam Group including K.K. Ashok, to run the educational institution for three years in turns. While passing the said order by consent of the parties, this Court also took into consideration the non-impleading of K.K. Ashok in the earlier suit in O.S. No. 474/92, which ended in a compromise decree dated 23.07.1993, granting right to the review petitioner as well as K.K.Ashok to be in administration of the school on rotation basis.

Neither any new fact has been brought to the notice of this Court nor any of the ingredients of Order 47 Rule 1 CPC have been attracted to review of the order passed by this Court. Hence, the review application is dismissed with liberty to the review petitioner to file a modification petition. No costs. Connected W.M.P is closed.
