No specific direction is required in this writ petition in view of the order passed in W.P.No.23555 of 2016 dated 2.2.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Claiming a similar relief, the earlier writ petition was filed to consider the representation dated 4.4.2016. Now, raising the very same issue the representation dated 11.1.2021 had been given to the respondents and to consider the said representation, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. A direction had already been issued to the respondents to consider the earlier representation and such order stands. Therefore, it is proper for the petitioners only to insist the respondents for consideration of their earlier representation covered under the earlier writ petition. Filing of a second writ petition cannot be encouraged. No further orders are required. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
