The case is posted today "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the vehicle of the petitioner is Ashok Leyland lorry and hence, the words "Tipper lorry" shall be replaced by "Ashok Leyland lorry bearing Registration No.TN 23 CJ 2325" in paragraph No.2 of the order dated 05.04.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.7500 of 2022.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out the above said correction and issue fresh order copy.
