This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 9 days in filing the above Criminal Revision against the order dated 28.10.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.4247 of 2024 passed by Judicial Magistrate No.1, Jayankondam, Ariyalur District

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 9 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
