"It is humbly submitted that the appellants filed the above Second Appeal setting aside the Decree and Judgment passed in A.S.No.14 of 2012 dated 06.02.2015 on the file of the learned II additional District Judge at Ranipet reversing the Decree and Judgment passed in O.S.No.223 of 2010 dated 31.03.2011 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Ranipet. Now, the matter is compromised and settled out of Court. Hence, I may be permitted to withdraw the above Second Appeal and the same may be recorded."
