The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) stated that initially the complaint had been closed as "mistake of facts". Now, reinvestigation has been ordered in FIR in Crime No.116 of 2019.

2. Therefore, this petition stands dismissed with liberty given to the Petitioners to file a fresh petition with correct crime number.
