ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction for disposal of the case in C.C. No. 146 of 2023, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate II, Chidambaram, Cuddalore District.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that FIR has been registered in Crime No.3 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 423, 465, 468, 471, 120(B) of IPC, 1860 r/w 82(a) of Registration Act, 1908 and the same was taken on file in C.C. No. 146 of 2023.

4. Considering the nature of relief sought, this Court directs the Judicial Magistrate II, Chidambaram, Cuddalore District to dispose the case in C.C. No.146 of 2023 on it's file within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
