ORDER
This petition has been filed for transfer of investigation in Cr.No.1 of 2022 from the fourth respondent to any other independent officer appointed by this Court.

On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.1 of 2022, the fourth respondent filed final report before the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet. Therefore, no investigation is pending in Crime No.1 of 202 on the file of the fourth respondent.

Considering the above submission, the question of transfer of investigation doesn't arise. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
