The Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the conviction and sentence passed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Namakkal, made in C.A.No.19 of 2009 on 16.11.2010.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) would submit that pending revision, the sole petitioner died on 28.02.2014. She also produced a memo along with death certificate of the petitioner. 3.In view of the submission and based on the memo filed by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated.
