The Writ Petition has been filed seeking appointment on compassionate grounds to be offered to the petitioner herein.

2. However, an objection had been raised by the proposed respondents, who also claimed family status with the deceased / father of the petitioner.

3. Necessarily they will have to be heard before orders have been passed in the Writ Petition. Hence, this Petition stands allowed.
