Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to Transfer the entire case from Addl.District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ambur in M.C.No.42/2023 to Judicial Magistrate, Alandur and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render Justice.

This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking to transfer the entire case from Additional District Munsif cum Judicial 1/4

Magistrate, Ambur in M.C.No.42/2023 to Judicial Magistrate, Alandur. 2.

Heard Mr.A.Arunkumar, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. In the considered view of this Court, the petitioner has not made out any ground for transfer of the case that has been instituted by the respondent seeking for maintenance. If the petitioner has any difficulty in appearing before the Court below during every date of hearing, the petitioner can make a request before the Court below to be represented through a counsel. The petitioner can be made to appear before the Court as and when required.
