This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 851 days in filing the Review Petition.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. On perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the condone the delay petition, this Court finds no reasonable grounds to condone the delay of 851 days in filing the Review Petition. That apart, after passing order by this Court dated 15.09.2022 in W.P.No.24993 of 2022, which is under review, this Court passed an order in Crl.OP.No.6715 of 2023 on 03.04.2025 and the same was also confirmed by the Hon'ble Supreme 2/4

Court of India. Therefore, the petitioner can very well maintain the private complaint irrespective of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.24993 of 2022 dated 15.09.2022.

4. This Court finds no grounds to condone the delay. Hence, W.M.P.No.8468 is dismissed. Consequently, the Rev.Application SR.No.22755 of 2025 is rejected.
