JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by THE HON'BLE CHIEF JUSTICE) This matter had been directed to be listed before the Court as it is shown as pending in the records, even though the bundle is not available. The endeavour is to find out whether the lis still subsists and if so, to get the records reconstructed with the assistance of the Counsel for parties. 2.Learned Counsel for appellant states that at present, he is not receiving any instructions from the appellant and thus, he is not sure whether the matter is alive or not. 3.We thus close the writ appeal with liberty to the appellant to revive the same if the appellant so instructs subject to submission of relevant papers for reconstruction of records.
