ORDER
This petition has been filed for a mandamus, to forbear the 1st to 6th respondents to install the 4G tower line in the residential area on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 19.07.2018. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 4G tower line has been installed in some other place and therefore nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. In case, in future the 4G tower is installed in the same place, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
3.Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 14.10.2022 Index : Yes/No Speaking/Non-Speaking Order jas 3/5
