This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to alter the FIR in Cr.No.91 of 2013 by including the offence under Section 307 of Cr.PC and to file additional charge sheet in C.C.No.144 of 2013 and submit the reports obtained, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has submitted that charge sheet has already been filed in C.C.No.144 of 2013 including Sections 506 Part-1 and 326 IPC, before the Judicial Magistrate-II, Villupuram. 3.Recording the above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
