ORDER

The petitioner, alleging contempt of willful https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ disobedience and violation of the interim order dated 03.09.2015 made in WP.No.27618/2015 and MP.No.2/2015, which

has been extended until further orders, vide order dated 25.11.2015, came forward to file the present petition for contempt.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the School Committee has passed the Resolution dated 30.05.2016, and on instructions, would further state that the term of the respondent/contemnor itself is over and therefore, nothing remains for further adjudication in the writ petition itself.

In the light of the said development, nothing remains for further adjudication in this contempt petition and therefore, the same is closed. However, the petitioner as well as the respondents are at liberty to urge all points open to them under law, in the pending writ petition.
