ORDER
The matter is listed today under the caption "For Reporting Compliance".
2. This Court by order dated 09.04.2021 granted bail to the petitioners on the ground that A-2 and A-3 have already deposited a sum of Rs.45,00,000/- to the bank and further undertaken to deposit the balance amount of Rs.25,00,000/- to the bank within a period of one month from the date of their release from prison and on further condition that the petitioners would cancel the sale deed and deposit
the entire amount to the bank within a period of four weeks from the date of their release from prison. However, it appears that the petitioners have not cancelled the sale deed as per the undertaking given by them and have not deposited the entire amount to the bank till date.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.
4. In view of the fact that the condition imposed by this Court relating to deposit of the amount and also cancelling of the sale deed and depositing the amount in full with the bank having not been complied with, this Court is of the considered view that the bail granted to the accused/petitioners vide order dated 9.4.2021 deserves to be cancelled.
5. Accordingly, the bail granted to the accused/petitioners in Crl. O.P. Nos.6127, 6035 and 6067 of 2021 dated 09.04.2021 stands cancelled.
