After recording evidence, OP.No.198 of 2023 was ordered by an order of this Court dated 10.08.2023.

2. The present application is filed seeking permission to develop and deal with the properties mentioned in the OP. The item No.1, petition schedule property is situated at Vannanthurai Adyar, Chennai measuring to an extent of 350sq.ft. The Item No.2, petition schedule property is Undivided share of property in Flat No.1, Ground Floor, Old.No.17, New No.16, 1st Cross street, Besant Nagar, Chennai - 90.

3. Now, the petitioner seeks permission to deal with the property in Item-I schedule to demolish and reconstruct and to handle it in a way which is suitable for maintenance and to protect the petitioner's own well being, who is the beneficiary of the said Will.

4. Accordingly, this application is ordered.
